Kurt Ronn founded HRworks as a national recruitment firm in 1998, and developed the company's process and approach to large-scale recruiting and executive searches. Working exclusively with industry-leading clients, the company has partnered with organizations across all industries, including ADP, Cerberus Capital, The Coca-Cola Company, General Electric, Jacobs Engineering, Kohlberg & Company, Hewlett-Packard, The Home Depot, Starbucks and numerous growth companies.
In addition to leading the company, Ronn provides strategic consulting to guide clients in building their businesses, developing business plans, handling mergers and integration, launching brands and rolling out new divisions. Ronn is a strategic recruitment process and talent consultant to venture-backed startups and major corporate reorganizations.
Ronn is a regular contributor to BusinessWeek Online: Viewpoint and speaks nationally on diversity, recruitment process and governance related to OFCCP compliance. Prior to founding HRworks, Ronn was a Principle with one of the East Coast's largest Web site companies, and spent 17 years in senior positions at Federated Department Stores and Macy's.
Ronn holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, with advanced studies at both the University of Houston and the Georgia Institute of Technology. Ronn is a member of the RPO Association Board of Directors Woodruff Arts Center, and Special Olympics.
