DirectEmployers Compliance Advisory Council Meeting
The Compliance Advisory Council’s purpose is to advise DirectEmployers Association’s President, Board of Directors, and Executive Director on matters relating to the Association’s Affirmative Action and OFCCP compliance programs and services.
Nancy started her Recruitment/Human Resources career in 1998. She has worked with hundreds of companies as a recruitment consultant over the past 10 years and previously served as Vice President of Professional Development for HRACI, the local Indianapolis chapter of SHRM. Nancy joined DirectEmployers Association, Inc. in March, 2006.
