Johnson is the Workplace Contributor on ABC’s Good Morning America, where she reaches more than five million viewers on a wide range of job-related issues and challenges. She is the anchor of Home Work on ABC News Now, the digital channel.
In addition to her television and online segments, Johnson writes a column for ABCNEWS.com in which she addresses topics related to work/life balance, job searching, and career advancement. She is also a Business & Career Coach for AOL and a Career Expert for Yahoo! HotJobs where her column "Be Gutsy at Work" is regularly featured.
She is a frequent speaker to audiences nationwide, ranging from college campuses and Fortune 500 companies to prestigious conferences, where she shares strategies and solutions for finding success and satisfaction at work.
Johnson is also the co-author of Women For Hire: The Ultimate Guide to Getting a Job, which has received tremendous acclaim since its 2002 publication. Her second book, Women For Hire's Get-Ahead Guide to Career Success was published in 2004. And her third—TAKE THIS BOOK TO WORK: How to Ask For (and Get) Money, Fulfillment and Advancement—was published in September 2006 by St. Martin's Press. Her fourth will be published in Fall 2008.
